ATTP designs and manufactures a large number of machines and cells for the automotive sector, and more specifically for the manufacture of roof racks. These machines are often integrated into robotised lines, and are mainly based on 3 key processes: :
- Tube notching machine (wolf's mouth): ATTP offers manual stations as well as the integration of its punching units on manual or automatic feed machines. Tube notching is used to cut connections between 2 tubes (round, square, rectangular, etc.). It facilitates and automates the welding operation. - Punching with or without deformation : ATTP offers manual stations as well as the integration of these punching units on manual or automatic feed machines . - Tube crushing : This is generally a combined operation combining punching using the same tooling or the integration of a punching unit https://attp-constructeur.com/gamme-machines/ecrasage-detourage-poinconnage/
Our automatic lines or machines with NC programming combine several operations to produce a finished part without any reworking.
