Carbide-cutting is a carbide disc sawing process that has the advantage of requiring no tooling. The rigidity of the blade has been developed to cut large and complex profiles.
These specific saws can be integrated on our NC or existing lines to combine multiple operations (notching, punching, forming, tapping, drilling, marking....). These lines generally enable our customers to replace traditional machining centres, thereby optimising production costs (output, investment, consumables, etc.).
Example :
- Cutting aluminium profiles from 0° to +/- 60° for the manufacture of ladders, stepladders, steps, etc.
We also offer commercial saws that require special fittings.
