Die swaging involves clamping a tube laterally and forming it at the end to increase, reduce or deform its cross-section. This process is very fast and repeatable. It is particularly suited to large production runs or high precision.
We design stand-alone, manually-loaded die-swaging machines. We also build complete automatic tube swaging machines where the swaged tubes are recovered at the outlet.
We also produce specific die-swaging machines on request. These can be used for flange forming, collar forming, flaring and tube expansion...... by incorporating specific tooling tailored to your needs.
