Notching is used to cut the connection between a profile and a tube (round, square, rectangular, etc.). The operation can be carried out on a variety of materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, cast iron, plastic, etc.).
We design and manufacture both stand-alone, manually-loaded notching machines and complete automatic machines. The latter generally go from the input magazine, where the parts are loaded, to the output magazine, where the notched profiles are recovered.
Our notching units can be integrated into lines comprising several stations. They can combine sawing, shearing, forming, tapping, drilling and marking operations. These lines can replace conventional machining centres, optimising production costs in terms of output, consumables and maintenance costs.
