Crimping enables 2 parts to be clamped together by slightly squeezing the assembled tubes using a press tool, or jaw swaging tool.
It is also possible to use bouterollage to crimp tube ends. This operation, also known as riveting, is used to manufacture ladders. It can also be used to improve the visual appearance of sheared or cut-off tube ends.
ATTP offers complete lines for the manufacture of ladders (tube shearing or sawing, profile shearing, tube or profile notching, tube punching, tube expansion or crimping, tube riveting or riveting...).
