End notching is a shearing process using a punch mounted on the through rod of a hydraulic cylinder and a die that receives the end of a tube. Shearing is highly repeatable and fast.
ATTP offers manual tube notchers, or fully automatic machines with a loading and unloading system.
Our units can also be integrated into our automatic tube or profile processing lines to combine several operations. The result is a finished part (drilling, tapping, forming, etc.). These machining lines are an ideal replacement for conventional machining centres in certain industrial sectors. They optimise production costs in terms of output, consumables and maintenance costs.
